Update #3, (August 25, 2025)
Last Sunday Jan and I drove the complete route for the event, and it didn't take quite as long as I expected. Therefore, I am moving everything back one hour. Here is the plan now:
- Get your car all shined up and looking its best.
- We will meet at 9:00 AM at the Delafield Fish Hatchery Parking lot to get in line to enter the show. I have been assured that as long as we enter together, we will be parked together.
- I will bring blank BMC show cards to be displayed on your windshield with the basic information about your car, see below. Bring a Sharpie if you have one. If there is anything special about your car like modifications or history you can make your own sheet to describe that as well. Wear your club apparel. I will bring a BMC banner to show our club colors.
- Bring folding chairs, a cooler and whatever you may need to be comfortable.
- Plan to have lunch in Delafield. The LIons Club has the usual burgers and brats for sale, plus you have all the restaurants in Delafield to choose from.
- We will embark on the drive at 1:00 PM, there will be an ice cream stop at 2:00 in Iron Ridge, we should hit Hubbleton Brewery at about 3:40, and we will arrive for dinner at
Crawfish Junction a little before 5:00. They are expecting us.
- Please send me your cell number in case there are any last minute changes.
I think you will enjoy the show, as well as the towns and countryside we will pass through on the drive. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions. We have 7 cars signed up for the event now!
It is important if you want to participate in the show that you register in advance on the
website
and pay the $10.00 early registration fee. This is a charity event afterall.
