For this event you will be given a question sheet to fill in the answers as you drive along named roads. You will get 1 point for each correct answer, and -1 point for each wrong
answer. No questions will be asked when the speed limit is 55 mph. This sheet must be turned-in at the end of the event. The high point total will win a Mazda Picnic Pack. You must
attend the dinner to obtain the prize.
 In the event of a tie, it will be broken by picking a card from a deck; highest card wins (Ace card is highest). No cheating will be allowed. You cannot talk to other people, or use the Internet to get answers. If you are caught cheating in any way, your Miata will be auctioned off at dinner, and the money put into a special BMC fund for the 35th Anniversary Event. We will start this Gimmick event at the Kwik Trip in Belgium, WI on 106 N. Royal Ave., which is just west of I-43, Exit #107 (Hwy D). We will meet at 12:30 pm with a drivers meeting at 12:45 pm. Each Miata will be assigned a number by Don McCann based on the order in which they registered proving you stay for diner. You must make the number and then place it on the right lower corner of your windshield. Miata departures with start at about 1:15 pm after all Miatas are lined up in order; they will then leave at 1 minute intervals. You will have exactly 3 hours to return to the end point which is the Millhome Supper Club (MSC) at 16524 Lax Chapel Road (on Hwy 57) Kiel WI. You will be timed-in as you enter the parking lot; please hand your Q/A sheet to Don or Linda. After you are timed-in, please proceed to Banquet Parking Lot at rear of the building and park your Miata. Then proceed to the BMC Banquet Room for dinner and drinks. Miatas more than 3 hours late will not be eligible for the 1st place prize (Note that the MSC does not open until 4:00 pm so not be too early). Since there are no rest stops along the route, 2 escape roads will be provided where you can leave the route and visit towns for bathroom, etc. and then return to the route. Your travel time to these towns and back is included in the 3 hour time limit. This event is open to 40 BMC members that will attend dinner; it based on the limit of our dining room capacity. However, we can accommodate another 10 members in the main dining room (50 BMC members total). If you would like to attend with dinner, please contact Don McCann at miata03don@sbcglobal.net . If you just want the ride, without dinner, you will be placed at the end of the pack without a number. We hope that you will enjoy this event; lets us know your feelings regarding a gimmick BMC events. We are trying to introduce a great new place to eat dinner, since the dinner after the event and get together are an important part of a BMC event.
