The Green Bay/Door County Event will be limiting Friday's Door County Drive to the first 20 cars to register.
Update #1, April 28, 2026
Our plans are progressing for this event. Following is an overview of the agenda so far.
THURSDAY 6/18
• HOTEL: Hampton Inn & Suites, 201 Main St, Green Bay, WI 54301, 920-437-5900.
Mike has 10 king rooms at $116.88/night plus tax and 10 double queen rooms at $121.88/
night plus tax on hold for us. These rooms will be available for us until May 29. Be sure to
mention you are with the BMC group when you register.
• A conference room for socializing is being reserved for us.
• There are plenty of dinner options in the area. Due to varied arrival times, no group dinner is
planned for Thursday evening.
FRIDAY 6/19
• Depart the Hampton Inn parking lot at 8:00 a.m.
• Enjoy a scenic drive through Door County with stops planned at the Death's Door Maritime
Museum, Cana Lighthouse, and Cave Point Park.
• Lunch will be near Gills Rock, and dinner will be back in the Green Bay area.
SATURDAY 6/20
• The Red Lewis Community Car Show begins at 8:00 a.m. We will be lining up to occupy our
reserved space at 7:30 a.m.
• VIP registration includes free admission to the Automobile Gallery of Green Bay. Rare and
interesting cars of every kind are on display here. It is definitely worth your time to take a
walk through the museum.
• IF YOU PLAN TO DISPLAY YOUR CAR AT THE SHOW, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU GET
YOUR VIP REGISTRATION FOR $25 FOR YOUR CAR AND TWO PEOPLE AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE AT: Red Lewis Community Car Show Registration. Also be sure to select
"Display at Red Lewis Car Show" on your BMC event registration online form.
• Food is available at the show, but some of us will surely enjoy lunch at one of the local
eateries.
• If you don't think your car is "show quality," don't worry about it. We want to show every
aspect of enjoying a Miata. So just shine her up and join us at the show!
• If you want to just come and hang out at the show, that's OK too.
• Sometime after lunch, we will depart for another scenic drive that will include Kewaunee, Two
Rivers, and our dinner destination in Menasha. This is expected to be about a 2.5-hour drive.
• Dinner will be at Waverly Beach Bar & Grill at the north end of Lake Winnebago. Mike
assures me that this is one of the best restaurants in the Fox Valley.
• The event ends after dinner on Saturday.
