Mississippi River Weekend

Update #2, (July , 2026)
August 20th to 22nd ride along the Mississippi River in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois.

A very brief look at the itinerary:
20th - Meet in LaCrosse that afternoon before heading to dinner.
21st - Head north at 8am toward Winona and Red Wing. Return to LaCrosse that afternoon. Dinner.
22nd - Checkout and head south to Galena, IL, That afternoon, head home.

Here’s the link to Hampton Inn & Suites in LaCrosse. The room rate is $142 per night. A block of 20 rooms has been reserved under BMC. Rooms are being held until July 30th

Mike & Sandy Stratz are planning a ride along the Mississippi River the weekend of August 20-22. The ride would be begin in LaCrosse following the river north and then south, taking in spectacular scenery in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. The ride would conclude in Galena, Illinois on the 22nd and would involve two nights hotel stays. Right now, we are gauging interest in how many BMC members would be interested in going.

I’ll also be reaching out to the Minnesota Miata Club to invite any of their members who might be interested.
