Annual Planning Meeting

Update 1, (October 10, 2025)

The BMC Annual Planning Meeting will be held at Holiday Mazda in Fond du Lac once again this year, on November 8th. Social time begins at 11:00 AM, Holiday will be serving lunch for us at 12:00 noon, and the meeting will begin at 1:00 PM. After the meeting we will gather at a restaurant to be determined. The meeting is usually over between 3:00 and 3:30.

The agenda will be released in the near future. Major topics to be discussed are events planned for next year, new president, vp-n and secretary need to be voted on, and replacing our current web page.

Don Jones has agreed to run for president (this will have to be voted on by members) but we still need volunteers for secretary and vp-n.
The new web page that we are looking at would be very similar to the Minnesota Miata Club web page which can be seen here https://www.miataclubmn.com/content.aspx?page_id=22&club_id=895782&module_id=571282
If you cannot attend in person, you will still be able to participate via Zoom (Zoom information will be updated closer to Nov. 8th).
