Madison to Potosi

Update #2 (May 24, 2016)

On the road up Potosi date!!!

If you signed up here’s an update. If you didn’t you may want to read this anyway.

Ok, so try to follow this cause it’s sort of like the ride…a little twisted! We will be meeting in Verona Wisconsin behind the McDonalds on Verona road, just off the 18/12/O14 beltline Highway, southwest of Madison. But we’ll be waiting in the parking lot behind Mickey Ds, at the Fast Forward Skate Park, at 4649 Verona road. If you can’t find the skate park, head for the golden arches and you’ll find us.

From there we head west to lunch in Potosi at the aptly named Potosi Brewery and Beer Museum. Of course we’ll not take the quickest or shortest route so plan on a morning of back roads and twisties as we meander towards the Mississippi.

After lunch Jim and Joann will lead us back to the Madison area for dinner, to a place not mistakenly named the Draft House Bar & Restaurant. And although the route is back to the starting point, it will be by no means the same direction.

We’ll meet at 8:45 AM, and the driving meeting will be at 9:00. Please don’t be late and provide a cell phone number when you sign up that we can use to reach you in your car should we need to. If you’re already are on the list, please provide it to me as well.
